December 2024 Sam This is not only the best property in Mudgee, it is the most well appointed stay I have ever had. All guests said the exact same when we stayed here. Helen and Stu have thought of ABSOLUTELY everything to accompany their stunning property. Private, quiet and an abundance of nature surrounds this huge, beautiful home. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay, we will definitely be back next year, we can’t wait to bring the kids!

It was just as lovely as the listing’s pictures - thoughtfully designed, well-kept and super comfortable.Beyond just the beautiful house, Helen was so helpful and generous with sharing local recommendations. The thoughtful small gestures around the house to welcome us was really nice.We all really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Frog Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

The kitchen has every utensil one could ever ask for, the lounge room filled with games for children and adults; two great eating areas for a crowd.We had a wonderful stay, it was the perfect multigenerational holiday home - for grandparents, parents and children alike.Helen is a 10/10 host - her tips for Mudgee were excellent and she was always so thoughtful and responsive.
September 2024 Peta Helen & Stu have an incredible property. We were expecting a lovely stay, but this place exceeded our expectations. Helen is an attentive and friendly communicator - we felt welcome before we even arrived. They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our check in and out needs. The property has been so well thought out- everything you need to host a group weekend was available, including some really welcoming little touches on our arrival. We could have stayed there all weekend and not left it! Easily one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed in. We will absolutely be back. Thanks guys!
September 2024 George Had an amazing weekend away at Helen's place. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful location, was really well supplied, clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The extra supplles for an infant/toddler were great. Helen made everything very easy with check in/out and was quick with communication. Will be back to stay in the future.
September 2024 Seb The Lazy Frog Lodge is possibly the beest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The photos don't do this stunning house justice! Helen and Stu coud not have been more accommodating with every piece of this stay, you feel right at home as soon as you get out of the car. The amenities, the cleanliness, the locationm the entire vibe of this house is just pure perfection. We will 100% be back to stay here in the future!
September 2024 Cindy Had a great weekend staying at Helen & Stu's place. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. The furniture and furnishings were stunning and the items in each room were really thoughtful. The games in the media room, spa towels in the laundry, even having plastic items for use in the spa! Luxurious towels, glorious bathrooms, wonderful showers with great water pressure, which was unexpected given they are on tank water. the hand soap, moisturiser, shampoo & conditioner - all really lovely. A well thought out kitchen and pantry ... with everything you could possibly use ... even a pasta maker! BBQ ... We felt at home, but also like we were on holidays! We had plans to eat out our first night, but were so so comfortable, we decided to stay in and chat instead. We had the best time! Thank you Helen & Stu. We hope to visit again some time soon!
August 2024 Dan If I could give it 10 stars, I would. A perfectly kept, beautiful lodge, in lovely, relaxing surroundings. Perfect for 3 families to share, with lots of space & homely trimmings. Helen was a helpful, responsive host, very friendly and clearly takes pride in this property. I will be coming back, that's for sure.

August 2024 Sally and Michael Incredibly clean and well set up house with so much room for multiple couples or families. Ordering the grazing box in advance and having it sitting in the fridge when we arrived was such a treat! We loved the beds, the linen was good quality and the towels large and fluffy! We loved waking up in the morning feeling well rested and opening the curtains to see kangaroos grazing just outside the window. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back with the grandkids next time.

The house was spacious, well-appointed, nice linen and great for our group of eight friends. The outdoor spa and cozy fireplace were highlights, and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a bonus to find basic pantry items provided, especially since we forgot a few things. Our host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a country getaway.

May 2024 Clogs Fabulous property in a quiet, lovely location close to Mudgee. Beautifully decorated to a really high standard. Well-equipped and well stocked kitchen. Butler's pantry with Nespresso coffee was wonderful. As most of our party cycled in the Mudgee ride, the spa was a big bonus after the ride! This group will be back!
May 2024 Shivani Property and interiors were tastefully designed. Crockery and linen were of very good quality! Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The fire place inside and outside added a very nice touch to the home, the spa was also of quite a decent size. All in all, the property was beautiful, comfortable and the owner has used good quality products and amenities throughout the place! Would definitely recommend giving this place a visit!
April 2024 Vanessa Highly recommend the Lazy Frog Lodge, will be back!! Extremely clean, neat and tidy, beautifully decorated with so much attention to every detail. Our group loved the spa & the fire pit. the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our group consisted of 9 so we had plenty of room, could have comfortably fit another 3. Far away from town to enjoy the serenity, yet close enough to easily pop in & out of town. Hosts very attentive and responsive.
April 2024 Pip This place is a gem! The most beautiful house, well decorated, comfortable and gorgeous property. Lots of space for the kids to run around, toast marshmallows, have a hot tub and settle in for a cozy night by the fire. Perfect location to visit wineries and explore the area. It's the nicest AirBNB we've stayed in. Amazing well appointed kithen, beautiful comfy beds. Not a thing is missing! It literally has everything you could want for a perfect getaway. And the hosts are amazing! Need I say more! We will be back and telling all our friends about this great find! Thank you! We had an absolute ball!
