Lazy Frog Lodge: Mudgee county luxury near town

Sleep comfortably in one of 6 bedrooms, each with plush carpet, reverse cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe. All beds have hotel linen, an electric blanket and a cozy feather doona for Winter warmth plus a selection of pillows. 4 bedrooms open via French doors onto the 30m long front verandah for your morning coffee while you watch kangaroos graze. You're welcome to plug your car into our EV charger while you're busy relaxing, at no extra cost. And we have a portacot with linen and high chair available if you're travelling with a little one.

All three bathrooms have an oversized walk in shower, a large vanity and toilet. Additionally the main bathroom has a gorgeous clawfoot bath. They are spacious and well equipped with toiletries, hairdryers, overhead heating and thick fluffy bathsheets. All three bathrooms have a view through high privacy windows of the surrounding bushland.

Two separate living rooms, each with a 65-inch digital TV, ensure that there is plenty of room for everyone to be together, but also to spread out and not feel crowded. Watch satellite TV or stream from your favourite service. Or if you need your phone, we have unlimited Starlink internet and good mobile phone reception. 

Better still, escape technology and sink into the generous lounges by the wood-burning heater with a novel, a puzzle or a board game from our extensive collection. For young children, there's a large selection of toys to keep them occupied.
If you prefer to be outdoors, choose from the comfortable lounge chairs on the front verandah, the plush lounge on the rear al fresco or toast marshmallows around the firepit

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped stone kitchen replete with walk in pantry with a barn door. With a full sized fridge, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, nespresso vertuo coffee machine and milk frother plus toasters, kettle and a rice cooker, the kitchen is all set for a feast. 

Or if you prefer, BBQ your meal on the covered rear al fresco deck. Enjoy your meals at one of two 12 seater dining tables. 

Relax outdoors in the 10-12 person spa. Sit back and enjoy a glass of local wine or use the back, neck and shoulder massage seats to ease tired muscles. Turn the lights off and enjoy the spectacular Mudgee night sky. We will have the spa heated and ready to go for you.
